Absolutely the worst flower service on the planet. They gave us a 10% refund for flowers that never came TWICE in a row. We never got them! Tried again this week to see if things were better, the order is delayed two extra days, completely missing my friend's birthday and boy, they don't care at all. Please, go anywhere else to order flowers. The $265 bouquet I ordered won't impress anyone if they aren't there. read more

This was my very first flower purchase that I have ever made online. My experience was not a good one. I spent 50$ on a bouquet along with 15$ shipping for a total of 65$. I ordered a week prior to my first delivery date. Ordered 8/1/25. Delivery was supposed to be 8/8/25. On the date of the delivery, I contacted customer service 4:25pm because the order was supposed to be at least shipped. Customer service told me the delivery would not be made that day and it would have to wait until the next week. They returned my shipping fee of 15$ and guarantied that the order would be delivered 8/15/25. The order was delivered today and when the box was opened I was very disappointed. The bouquet was very small compared to the picture. I honestly was expecting more from this. Very disappointed with this purchase. I would've done better going to Walmart. read more

I live in CA and wanted to send flowers to my aunt in Parkersburg, WV so I placed the order and it was delivered to the wrong address. I reached out and they said they would deliver it again for free, but a full week later. A week later, still no delivery. So I called again and they told me to call Fed Ex to correct the address. I refused saying I am a Celebrations Passport member and pay for this service and for them to make the correction. Days pass. My aunt got the flowers and she said they looked as if they had been frozen. I asked her if the driver left them in the snow on the porch and she said no, she got them directly from the driver. They were dead! I called and spoke with a "Mary" who kept trying everything in her power to get me to not ask for a refund. But I was firm. She said I would get an email about the refund. I was on hold with her processing that refund for over 15 minutes. I asked her for a confirmation and she said I would just get an email...no confirmation number. I never got a refund. I am currently disputing it with my credit card. I will NEVER use 1-800-flowers again and cancelled my Celebrations Passport membership. read more
