During all this time we would see Uribe coming down our street every week and no issues. The bad business manner of our old company made us switch. But we chose Uribe because of the drivers. The guys that come down our street are amazing. We have a large group of boys on our block. They LOVE the garbage truck. They follow them on their bikes or sometimes by foot. The drivers do amazing with them. Letting them be a part of it but yet making sure they are safe. When we hear the garage truck coming they drop everything and run out the door. We thank you for picking up our trash every week without complaining or having us to call you. BUT we applaud you and praise you for the incredible workers you hire. Marshall and his team are always very respectful of our home, our time and our budget needs. They are always kind and helpful in recommending what we need, and beyond if they notice other things they can help with. they use a black light to spot any stains we didn't notice (we have pets), and a special enzyme solution to keep from the dogs wanting to use that area again. And they give you a life time supply of their enzyme solution to use for spot treatment! If you run out, let them know, leave the empty bottle on the porch and they'll fill it up for you! Our carpets always smell SO good and feel soft after they leave. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is amazing! If you need a cleaning done, book right away, because they are booked about 2-3 weeks out (they're very sought after, and worth the wait).

Unfortunately no, I had to call yet again, left a voicemail informing them that my next call would be to the Better Business Bureau, with the disclaimer that I really didn't want to have to take that step on a locally owned, family business that many customers have been very happy with for so many years, and then a follow up email along the same lines. It would have been nice to hear something from someone, a return call letting us know that they were now coming to get them, or a return email saying as much. But no, none of that, just that the bins are now gone. So I guess that's that, no steps taken that would improve my original rating, but the bare minimum met after two months and a lot of hassle. Original Review: When we purchased and moved into our new house, there were four L&W trash bins outside that the previous owner apparently utilized, as they are quite full. We spoke to the previous owner to remind them since it was evidently an oversight during their moving out process. They said they would speak to the family member that I guess works for this company and made the arrangements to get four at one time, and have them taken away. That did not happen. So we called ourselves, let them know, it's not a big deal, but please come get them now. They said they do not service our street. We said we understand that, but the fact remains, that someone made arrangements to have so many trash bins here even outside of your regular service area, and we need them removed. Gave them the address, they said they would take care of it. That did not happen. Waited several weeks later, busy with moving and various new home tasks, no one has come to take the bins, or contacted us regarding the delay. So I called again, left a voicemail with a reminder of the situation, our address, my name and phone number, in case they had questions that needed answering in order to make this happen. Now that was more than a week ago, still no answer, no call back, and still four very full trash bins sitting and stinking in the scorching summer sun alongside our driveway. What magic words do we need to say for you to come get these trash bins?

I stumbled upon Big Red Self Storage off of Van Dorn and noticed that they had covered parking. At the off chance they would have an opening, I stopped by and was greeted by Joshua. First let me say he is a very kind and knowledge young man who's able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I guess it was my lucky day. Joshua told me that a spot was opening up and it should be available within a few days. After going over the price and all of the rules, hours etc., my wife and I agreed to rent the space. Now we have exactly what we want...A secure, concreted floor covered storage spot for our boat.
