Uribe has been serving our town for sometime now. Unfortunately, we didn't switch from our current provider when they came to town. We continued to struggle with owner changes, trash not picked up, driver behavior issues, billing problems and then finally phone calls not being answered. During all this time we would see Uribe coming down our street every week and no issues. The bad business manner of our old company made us switch. But we chose Uribe because of the drivers. The guys that come down our street are amazing. We have a large group of boys on our block. They LOVE the garbage truck. They follow them on their bikes or sometimes by foot. The drivers do amazing with them. Letting them be a part of it but yet making sure they are safe. When we hear the garage truck coming they drop everything and run out the door. We thank you for picking up our trash every week without complaining or having us to call you. BUT we applaud you and praise you for the incredible workers you hire. Uribe never ceases to amaze me... A few years ago we were going through a massive remodel at the house and I was called to work, we had a large roll of carpet that I should have put out but didn't have time the guys saw my wife struggling with it and came up to the house and helped her carry it to the truck. That was the day I decided that they would NEVER lose my business because of their excellent customer service. Then today they amazed me again. The storm we recently had brought down some large branches in the yard, they were not even near the trash pickup and they took the time to stop and take each and every limb out of my yard. WOW!!! I have been a customer for over 20 years and I couldn't be happier about the service I receive. The guys will come up and grab my trash can when I forget to get it to the corner. They always wave and smile. They will wait till I pull out of the driveway before pulling forward to make sure I'm not blocked in. Super job, Uribe! read more
