This company will not pick up your junk. Contrary to the name of the company, do not be deceived. They will send to millennial boys to your door fitting the Ken doll description one blonde and one brunette to satisfy all preferences on the outside. They will refuse to take your junk if it is not extremely clean and disinfected no matter what. I had them show up at my house yesterday to tell me what they would and would not take. This is the exact opposite of what the initial phone call to set up the appointment and what was told they would do upon arrival. Do not hire this company if you actually need to remove old furniture and anything upon move out that needs to go in order to not be charged for leaving anything behind for the new owner. They will waste your time and tell you they'll come and remove it all and only take what is outside providing it is nowhere near any sort of dirt to put on there truck and remove. They will charge you at least $300 plus tax and fees for stuff outside that bulk pickup would gladly pick up for free. They will not come in your home and remove any sort of furniture or items that needs to be removed to alleviate any fees you may incur after move out unless the items are pristine and disinfected even if the home is due for complete remodel and the new owner will not care if there is dirt in the home. If you have any sort of time restrictions, you will be disappointed if you set an appointment and expect them to complete what is Promised on the booking appointment call. I am trying to stop anybody who needs to actually get these things accomplished and not mess around with Millennial sent out that do not want to work. I would never hire or recommend this company. They have made my move a huge setback due to their lack of work ethic. These employees should be fired. This economy is not in a good place for lackie's like this to be employed in a position where they do nothing all day collect a paycheck and refuse to remove junk from homes which is their jobs and misleading in the company name. read more

I had called the Salvation Army to come out and take two twin beds in great condition. However, when they got there they informed me they could not take them because they were still intact and not taken apart. I asked for a few minutes to take them apart and they said no and left. I had waited for half the day for nothing and I was moving into the space the next day! 1800-Got-Junk are my heroes! Same day service is a lifesaver. Within a few minutes after booking online they were coming to save me in an hour. They are so courteous, especially on the phone when they call you to let you know their arrival time. They arrived exactly when they said they would and they were kind and careful about taking everything out. Is it a little expensive? Yes. Bryan Rinkor & Justin Pietersz are the BEST!!! They helped me with my move last month, taking out a full truckload of stuff at the last minute (Salvation Army cancelled my appointment one day before the final walkthrough of my house). Not only were they very careful not damaging the house I was selling but they were quick so I was able to get the cleaners in without a hiccup. They were flexible when I needed more junk hauled away than I thought, and even made a stop at the landfill to drop off their previous load to make room.
