This is my experience with Got Junk, Reno Nevada, 4855 Joule St, Reno, NV 89502, United States. The driver, who filed the receipt, looses a point for Chronic Halitosis and rushed customer service that caused property damage to my building hallway, yet, by sheer coincidence, the HOA repaired the hallway from a new security camera installation ( no cable hooked up, 09/25/2025 ), as I cannot prove this with a picture, the Got Junk truck driver stated, he had three years experience. His co-worker, who accompanied him, with my concerns, and noticeable professionalism, receives the point back as he brought the following situations without my voice. He should be promoted and obtain a raise in pay. 09/11/2025. 10 out of 10. 2. Negative three points for rushing the moving job. Got Junk has minimal public safety, and push to remove items from my residence with zero consideration of other local residence and safety. The driver was going to leave my dresser that had nails sticking out of one piece, unattended, in my parking lot. I, at least was smart enough to demand he place it in the truck while I return with my payment for the last item. The driver, said, I was over concerned. I won that argument. Got Junk provided faulty equipment with a broken furniture dolly, the safety strap was broken, and not replaced. No tape to secure dresser's drawers from falling out. Negative three points, as the driver used it anyway with a clear attitude against me. 7 out of 10 3. Negative three points. The driver of the truck would not let the helper/passenger of the truck intervene at the customer site, at no level, even when the passenger made an honest effort to suggest to slow down while moving furniture. Rushing a job, they were a half hour early to my residence, and my full cooperation of a clear path to move and safely take the time to remove a dresser and massage chair. Not sure why a power cord was an extra charge, attached to the chair. 4 out of 10 4. Negative one point. The driver, not the passenger, of the Got Junk Truck, located next the Reno International airport, clearly told me the original quote was ignorant based off the customer service ran out of Canada. Max, of Canada, confirmed on 09/11/2025, that they are based out of Canada. The Got Junk website clearly shows a local area code, yet still connects you to, CANADA!!!!! How can they honestly quote a customer site from another country? 3 out of 10 5. Negative point. The driver, again, from Got Junk, threatened me with leaving my premises based off of a $393 quote and told me to go to a local Reno competitor for a match quote for a bigger discount. ( Two guys and a Truck, located down the street from the Got Junk location ). I stayed with Got Junk and paid the $393 price and also ignored the driver who clearly stated, he wanted a money tip. I gave him and his coworker, $10% on top of, two orange Franta Sodas for their efforts, which I drank one too before I gave it to them. The driver took both sodas and did not give it to his coworker and placed it in the cab of the Got Junk truck. Odd! I paid the driver, who happily told me, he did not raise the price after the initial quote, $393 and to give him a TEN, for a rating. They left as the truck was filled 75% with other customers junk and mine. I called, Reno, Two Guys And A Truck, without explanation, ten minutes later, and they quoted as a guarantee, $245, and next day service, that would have saved me $127. Now, the Got Junk driver warned me to get other ( horrible breath, just wanted him to leave ) quotes as he mentioned, and would match it. OK. Good advice. Why would Got Junk, the business, not have competitive pricing for local customers instead of a customer having to do more work to remove junk. This write up will be placed on social media, warning locals of bad business practices of price manipulation for no apparent reason. This sucks. I now have to fear, in my local community my safety and personal life when this situation gets brought to the attention of the aggressive and manipulated, Got Junk driver. Wow! 3 out of 10. When I told them we were expecting them earlier they pretended not to know, so I rescheduled for the following weekend. We were scheduled for between 4p- 6p. The day before, we called and the office said we weren't on the schedule and they hung up! We then received an email stating we were scheduled for the next day between 8-10am. Now I did my homework while looking for the cheapest or the more experienced and friendly staff, so after numerous phone calls I reached out to this company and the lady on the phone was very professional and kind, explained everything from the process, what they do or try to do with items taken from people homes an I was asking a few questions an with a peace of mind request she set up an appointment for them to come out an assessment the job so after a few days they showed up Kyle and Tyler showed up an was ready to haul whatever we were looking to get rid of but before they did anything they told us the same thing that the lady on the phone told me, also after asking what we would like to get rid of they told a price (Cool thing if you don't like the price they quote you, you can simply say "No .thank you" and they will leave and you pay nothing) as others will charge you no matter what but after going over what I wanted gone they agreed to things as we did and then they backed up right near the door, I mean why not make it simple for folks helping you out. So after backing up to my door and about 15min later these guys were finished and we had a lot more room as we were preparing to remodel our home, now if your asking me would I use this company again? I needed a twin bed set removed and called them to get a quote and the logistics for removal. Received a quote and set a date and time. The two men arrived early and they asked me if I knew the terms. I told them I was quoted around $150 for the twin set. I was told that the minimum charge was $188 and there was another $100 charge because they couldn't take it to the dump that day (it was Sunday) and it was designated "hazardous" as it had a slight bed bug infestation. This wasn't quoted to me over the phone. My hands were tied as I needed the bed set gone so I could clean the space for the delivery of a new set the next day.
