Raul was great! Quick response time and took care of everything, removing furniture from my 2nd story apartment. Would definitely recommend!

I was here for the "exclusive" locals sale last Saturday and came away with a pair of demo…read moreDeathwish Skis at $399. I wanted made in the USA skis in general, and local ones in particular. I also added a pair of Solomon bindings (20% off), with a future discounted boot purchase somewhere on the horizon. When that's done, I'll bring them all back for Moment staff to mount the bindings and adjust the settings. That part and how they ski for me next season may be the subject of a future update. Last season was my first in over 25 years. I enjoyed myself enough at Heavenly (the Boulder parking lot is 20 minutes from my house in Genoa) that I figured that I could financially do better with my own equipment rather than rentals. Of course, I lot has changed equipment-wise in all that time, and I appreciated the friendly and patient Moment staff giving me concise sizing and model advice that I could use and trust immediately. When I arrived just before 10 AM, there was already a line into the demo tent, including folks who were here a lot earlier. After maybe a 20 minute wait, I arrived with previously obtained model and size information (via email and inside) written down. The guy helping me had a couple options, and after weighing the features, I made my choice. As a Senior Intermediate skier (think groomed blue), I'm sure I was outclassed by many of the downhillers here, but Moment staff quickly put me at ease. The background music, plus free foot longs, chips, and sparking water was a nice bonus.

Best experience fitting new plug ski boots ever!…read more Moment ski boot-fitting shop has ability to perform all types of high-level custom work like footbeds, punches, grinding, lateral and fore/aft alignment, and even calf width and forward lean modifications. During the assessment process I was actually able to describe my technique improvement goals to Reid and he translated them to modifications that needed to be done to my boots. There was absolutely no marketing hype, just very personalized recommendations based on deep technical understanding of different skiing techniques. Highly recommend, especially for racers, ski instructors, and other people looking for continuous improvement.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my deepest gratitude for the incredible experience you gave…read moreme on my 49th birthday (booked 7/13/2025). From start to finish, it was exceptional -- and it's all thanks to your amazing team and the extra touches that made the day so special. Emma and Jane deserve a huge shout-out for their outstanding customer service. Their kindness, enthusiasm, and genuine excitement added so much joy to my first-ever clear kayaking adventure. They made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way, turning what could have been just another outing into an unforgettable 49th memory. Emma not only climbed rocks to ensure my photo was one of a kind she treated us (my friend Candace & I) like she'd known us for years! You can't fake you love what you do for work- Emma lovesssss rock climbing and nature - and you WILL feel that from her And now to Jane, who highly encouraged my cowboy boot photo shoot!! What a perfect, unexpected bonus! It brought so many laughs and made my birthday feel uniquely me. The combination of gliding through the water in a clear kayak and capturing that moment with a fun, creative twist is something I'll cherish forever. Thank you for doing what you do -- for creating not just a service, but an experience that celebrates people and makes them feel special. You truly made my birthday one I'll never forget, and I'm already looking forward to my next adventure with you. P.S- I still feel Kayak/Paddle-board speed dating, is something you need to look into adding! With heartfelt appreciation, Amber (#sacramento) Also, say hello to Enrique (the famous soccer player)!

We were quoted and paid for two adult e-bikes at $65 each. I signed the waiver and paid in full…read morebefore we started our ride. Five hours later, I was charged an additional $25 for a "child seat"--which I did not rent or use. We specifically asked about pricing for the Rad bike when we arrived, so this charge makes no sense. The same thing happened to two of my friends--they were charged an additional $75 and $50 hours later, also labeled as "child seats." When one of them called to ask about the charge, she was dismissed and told, "you're not that special," . Collectively, we spent nearly $500 that day, only to be hit with unexpected charges that were never disclosed or agreed to. To make matters worse, I am a returning customer. We rented bikes here last summer, and I've brought several visiting families here as well. We own a home in Incline and visit multiple times a year. I mentioned we were from San Diego--perhaps they assumed we were just tourists and wouldn't return. We've all filed chargebacks, and unfortunately, you've lost our future business. This experience was extremely disappointing.

This was my first time at the Reno River Festival and I had a good time. The vendors were nice,…read morefriendly, and genuinely passionate about their craft which was very refreshing. The live performances were fun, and I can definitely see this becoming a staple for Reno Events. I didn't expect to pay $20 for entrance which was a bummer as we were going to bring more family and friends but the entry cost was a little too high for bringing kids. There were a nice set of carnival rides, but I was discouraged on buying tickets as we had already $40 to get into the event and wanted to save some of our budget to buy things from vendors. We went on the last day of the event, in the early afternoon and it was nice to see more locals enjoying themselves and it wasn't too crowded which was a plus in our book! My fiancé and I loved that dogs are welcome to join us as some other outdoor events do not allow us to bring our puppy. Overall, the variety of food, atmosphere, and performances were awesome! I only wish the entry price was reduced as I would've brought more people and would've had more money to spend on the vendors. Final verdict... I would definitely come back, but only if the entry prices come down or are removed. If this is your first time attending the event, the $20 is not so bad to see the art installations and see the live performances. I would recommend this for first timers.

I really love the new location at Idlewild park! There were many Vendors, Food and Drink Choices. One of my favorites is Mr Margarita. I love to mix the two choices together $9. I was starved and I had a $5 hot dog that hit the spot. Then my husband tried a hand dipped foot long corn dog which I had a bite of and it was tasty. What's not to love at the festival, I think any choice is a win! The musical was good, I found it interesting you can now purchase VIP tables each day. What a nice added touch to the event. There are many add ons you can purchase as well. Something for everyone, craft beer tasting, rafting, golf, rock climbing or just sit back and listen to the entertainment while taking in the beauty of your surroundings. If you haven't gone to the festival I definitely suggested going, you can take blankets, low back chairs, but no pets or outside food or drink. General admission is a weekend pass only $15 no exceptions.
