I can't believe Ken and Marc were too busy for a ten minute fix. If they hadn't lead me wrong for three days I would have felt differently.

They took all day... 12 hours... And never finished...... plus they lost the most valuable and precious box of my children's artwork and the only reason I didn't take it myself was because I figured that it was only a two minute walk and it was a heavy box.
