The delivery itself was *fine* not too much damage. But our experience with sales and management…read morewas absolutely awful. When you're researching moving companies: keep moving. Don't hire Mayzlin until they get better management. 1) Over-promise how long the shipping will take in order to land the sale: Two different employees told me it would take 4-11 days and their website says 5-10 days for the mileage of my trip. It ended up taking 30 days. You sign a contract giving a latest delivery date that you think is 'worst case scenario latest date' because of the humans you spoke to that said it would get there way earlier. 2) Impossible to get updates on shipment: from the time they loaded the truck I couldn't contact Mayzlin for 3 calendar weeks and I thought they just stole my stuff. I sent several emails to the sales and QA guys I'd worked with and left several voicemails for "customer care". Taking all of someone's earthly possessions then ghosting them for 3 weeks is absolutely wild. 3) You know a moving company will nickel & dime you, but they grossly underestimated the size of my shipment (so I paid 50% more than estimate) but the worst part is that they tried to charge an extra thousand dollars at delivery because they said the truck couldn't get to my house. I had to argue with them for days and show them photos of other trucks entering and exiting for my neighborhood for them to finally agree to send the semi and hey what do you know! Of course it got down my street just fine. They tried to charge an extra thousand dollars sight unseen.

The absolute worst moving experience ever! I have moved many times. This company is by far the…read moreworst. I have never had so many things broken!!! My furniture damaged. The best was feeling discriminated against as a woman by the mover. I had two men, but one was not even an employee of the company. Just some friend the guy grabbed. I don't know how many things I have missing, but I for sure had a case of wine missing. I called and was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours. That did not happen either. The paint chipping and dents in my house for my delivery was like nothing I've ever seen. I think their Google reviews have to be fake! I will call the BBB after the holiday. Stay far away from this company!!!!!

From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and misleading. When we first spoke with a…read morerepresentative, I clearly explained that in addition to our large furniture items, we also had clothes, decorations, and other household belongings that would be packed in boxes. The person provided us with a quote based on that information. A second representative called closer to the move date and did not express any confusion about the scope of our move. However, just a day or two before moving, Justin contacted us and only referenced the large furniture items. When I again mentioned boxes and smaller items, Justin seemed confused and then increased our quote. On moving day, the crew arrived late, and one of the movers smelled strongly of marijuana. The main guy said he was "a little" worried about all of our belongings fitting on the truck, that then somehow lead to about a third to a half of our belongings being left behind. After loading, they told us they would unload the truck the next morning instead of that same day. The lead mover even made a comment along the lines of, "If I was feeling like a cowboy today, we'd unload, but we'll just do it tomorrow." This raised serious concerns about whether they had simply chosen not to finish the job. We later overheard him on the phone with the company falsely stating that we had agreed to next-day unloading, which we absolutely had not. They only unloaded that night after I called and complained to their logistics department. To make matters worse, we were told they needed to make additional stops (including going out of the way to drop off a crew member and get a gas card), and it felt like they treated those delays as if they were our responsibility. I had to drive ahead to Florida to meet the movers, while my mother-in-law and wife, both of whom have physical medical issues, were left to handle the situation. They had to quickly move everything off carpeted areas for a scheduled carpet cleaning, carry remaining items downstairs, and finish cleaning the rest of the house themselves. Later that night, my wife had to drive to Florida to help with things there. Then we had to rent our own truck (at an additional cost), drive back to Savannah, load the remaining items ourselves with the help of a friend, and return to Florida again, late at night. We (my wife, mother-in-law, and I) had to then unload the truck (at 2 am), to be able to return it to avoid further rental charges. When we contacted Justin about the situation, the only solution offered was for us to pay an additional $2,000 for another crew to retrieve the items they left behind, which is why we ended up renting a truck. When we declined, he seemed surprised. He was also rude and condescending throughout our conversations. He lied multiple times.. First saying it was up to the movers whether to load and unload, then claiming it was a mutual decision between us and them, then when he was called out on another lie, he hung up. The movers caused property damage by repeatedly slamming their dolly onto the brick area in front of our house, breaking several bricks. They only put down protective padding after we asked them to. They also left behind trash, including tape and wrapping materials, and caused scuff marks on our walls, leaving us with even more cleanup. Overall, this experience was stressful, unprofessional, and extremely costly, not just financially, but physically and emotionally. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.

Worst moving experience ever. They quoted me over the phone $179 an hour with a two-hour minimum…read moreand a one hour trip charge. On the phone, they told me all packing materials and blankets were included. The Movers didn't show up until 3:30 in the afternoon and they didn't wrap or pack anything in blankets. They broke the door completely off of an armoire and broke the hinges on a drop leaf table, leaving one of the leaves hanging by a single screw. Two of the three guys were on the phone most of the time they were moving. There was not a basic standard of care whatsoever. They tried to up-sell me damage insurance on the day of the move and it almost seems like they broke things on purpose because I didn't buy the damage insurance on top of the $560 for 2 hours. I absolutely would not recommend All My Sons moving company.
