They don't really provide the course, just a middle man. They are just trying to get your money.

The library is a museum!!! It's so beautiful inside and out! And if you're just visiting the area I would suggest stopping by and exploring the library to see the beautiful history that is inside! It is located close to Fort Drum, about 15 minutes or so depending on traffic. There is a parking lot in the back that has accessible parking and along the side of the library are wheelchair accessible entrances.

The staff at the front desk, although polite and nice, we're not knowledgeable in the slightest. Additionally, they would not get me the answers to my questions. Literally cannot call them. No one answers the phone after the machine says "just wait and someone…read morewill be with you". We have one mailman who is great with our mail... the rest of the time we never know if its even being delivered correctly. I have 2 things that are supposed to be dropped off today and have seen mailman out with the mail but we haven't gotten our mail at all today. This isn't just today though its sometimes a regular occurrence. I'm never sure what to think and know several times they have not had all our mail together ro get to us. It would be nice just to be able to speak to someone there. Idk whats wrong but they have one person on the ball and im not sure what goes on with the others......
