The shop provides GREAT, FAST service to remove tint from the front two windows of you car!!! If you've just PCSed here to Germany you will learn quickly that when your car gets inspected, TINT on your 2 front windows is a NOGO. If you come to this shop, they will remove it for you in less than 10 minutes only charging you €20!!! They're friendly to the Military and really take care of us. A friend referred me and saved my butt! Stop by here if you need this service because it's quick, inexpensive, and they do great! I am PCSing soon and was advised to get my vehicle professionally detailed prior to shipping to ensure we didn't have any cleanliness issues. The following is my summary of this company's service (or lack thereof): SCHEDULING: I called on Thursday and received an appointment for the following Tuesday (for a Wednesday shipment). 5-STAR SERVICE: Major disappointment. I paid €140 only to look into my vehicle and see trash in the car doors, stains, spots, and dirt left in the vehicle. I debated about arguing but felt the cleaning was good enough to pass the shipment inspector's expectations. The engine cleaning was the best work they did; I spent an hour when I got home spot cleaning the car. 1-STAR PRICE: While they do accept the VAT form, they actually owed me a "major disappointed fee" for their shoddy detailing work. I've had my car detailed in the US and my car looked like new and for a lot less money. 1-STAR HOURS OF OPERATION: They open at 0900hrs and stay open until 1800hrs which is very convenient. 5-STAR RECOMMENDATIONS: A. Look for companies with better ratings. B. Don't pay a dime (or one Euro cent) until you have seen your vehicle (request an employee walk you to your vehicle). I would hate for you to find your vehicle in the condition I found mine in. C. Demand they remove the "#1" from their Business' name (what a farce). D. Take pictures of their work and post to Yelp to advise other customers. I would have never taken my vehicle here if I had seen pictures like these on their website. read more

Spoke to the owner to make an appointment for one month later and he said he would write it in. 3 days prior to my appointment he then tells me if I'm the only Jeep Grand Cherokee for Saturday, that I must have my appointment set. Come Saturday the lady who attended me then tells me my appointment was not in the book. Poor customer service and due to that I refused to wash my car at this place. If a business doesn't treat their customers right and with some dignity it will have a difficult time to attract people to go there. Stay away from this place! read more

This place might be the most divisive business in the Kaiserslautern area. I've read reviews ranging from pleas to never visit this business under any circumstance, to never think about going anywhere else. No room for middle ground. My take? Make your own judgment. Through the PCS fog, (which seems to turn people into crazy, unscheduled lunatics) and subjective nature of what "clean" really is, I think most people have let their emotions get the better of them. This is not what I would consider (in any way) an "excellent" business. But at the same time I would not mind taking my car here again. My experience was a positive one, and other people have not been so lucky. I write this review to hopefully be that middle ground in your life. You can take your car here, it will get cleaned, and you won't be blown away by the service. I promise. Here are some (hopefully) helpful tips: - They do advertise a 90€ cleaning (after VAT), but will actually cost you 100€. You'll just have to deal with that. - Schedule an appointment, this can even be done the day before you ship. - If you have somebody giving you a ride, dropping off and picking up takes only a few minutes. - They open at 9, you can be there at 8:55. read more

Typically, I like to clean my own vehicles, but I didn't want to risk anything when I am PCS'ing. They did a great job cleaning my truck, for the most part. They hit all of the major spots. However, I had to re-vacuum when I got home, they seemed to miss a few spots behind the rear bench seat. They guaranteed my vehicle would pass the cleanliness inspection, and asked me to bring it back if there were any discrepancies. It passed the first time, so that made me happy. Bring cash though, they do not accept credit card. I was a little disappointed though that I had to call an hour before they closed to see if the vehicle was ready for pickup. It would have been nice for them to call when it was ready. Overall, I'd recommend using this company when your auto is in need of a thorough spring cleaning or when PCS'ing. Hate to be that person, but the self-service car wash is awful. 4 lanes, only one foaming brush turned on, and none of the water sprayers did. The change machine is broken, the lanes only accept €1 coins, and there's no "out of order" on anything. I wasted €3 trying the various boxes on different lanes. My car was all soaped up, but I had to drive home to rinse it off. If it's broken, fine but the owners need to utilize "out of order" signs on everything. read more

Do not take your car here to get detailed. We paid 160 euro for them to detail our mini van. We picked up the van right when they were closing so I didn't inspect it before leaving, but when I got it home. I found trash still in the car, grease on the middle compartment, fingerprints on the mirrors, sticky stuff on the car outlet cover and on the bottom on the steering wheel. It looked like they just wiped down whatever they could reach, which I could of done myself. Waste of money. read more

Does a "good" job, but do not rely on PCS cleaning for your car. I was lucky enough to have a Vehical turn in with no appointment behind me at Kapaun because I was able to finish the detailing of my car there at inspectors station. Any dog hair in the car or dirt in those hard to reach/see areas is a failure. They use a air compressor with a fine tip to blow out the littlest of gaps like where your seats lock in on a mini van, joints in tge floor to the wall of your vehicle and so on. He does a good visual cleaning but not deep cleaning. read more

Avoid this place. I am PCSing and decided to have my vehicle cleaned before it traveled. My truck isn't in bad condition. I have weather tech protecting everything and seat covers as well. To start they rinised off the body, the body still had dirt and debris on it so I know they did not use any soap. Second they put a plastic bag over my air filter which is fine until you go to drive it ( I'm glad I found this before I drove down the road. 3rd the truck bud is not clean and wasn't even vacuumed. There is a green algee coving parts of my truck bed (hense why I wanted it cleaned professionally). The inside also was not cleaned properly (I still have dirt in my cup holders and door pockets).The wheels and rims are still dirty. And lastly what makes me mad the most the inside of the truck smells like cigarettes (I don't smoke cigarettes). I will be surprised if this passes inspection and if it doesn't I will be going to get my money back. I will try to post pictures as well read more

I needed to get some tint removed from my front drivers/passenger windows on my SUV. I emailed back and forth with Dave about getting my vehicle in for a quote. I brought it by and they were able to get my vehicle in right away and...boom...an hour later the job was done. Went here on a short notice PCS, and my car was brought in even though they were swamped. After picking the car up, My wife noticed that they had broken my radio knob off of my car and it was missing. After several minutes of them looking for it, it was found, broken. The man argued with my wife about the cost of replacing and basically shrugged it off saying that the VAT should cover the cost of replacing the knob. Apparently he feels that he can break parts up to 19% of the total cost of cleaning, on my car. Because, after all, that's what the VAT is used for right? He didn't want to provide a receipt even though they "guarantee" it'll pass inspection. The car smelled as if a smoker had rolled around in ashes, and cleaned my car with the butts of his cigs. Wife had to clean the interior a bit more before it passed, to top it all off. Now, she just called about replacing the knob since I've ordered one for $16, and he states that it was already broken. Yet, the damned knob won't even stay on because it's shattered...how did it end up on the outside of my car? The manager or owner is a liar.. Please do not use this place if you're an American or just generally don't like dishonest business practices. read more
