Tom helped me through a difficult chapter in my life--again…read more The years after the pandemic were incredibly challenging, especially for those of us who owned and operated small businesses. I never imagined I'd find myself leaving entrepreneurship and returning to a traditional 9-to-5 job, but that's where life led me. I also never thought I would need to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy a second time, yet here I was facing that reality. When I called Tom, reintroducing myself after all these years, he immediately remembered who I was. Despite the circumstances, it felt more like catching up with an old friend than meeting with an attorney. Tom walked me through the process step by step, answered every question I had, and was always available when I needed guidance or reassurance. Most importantly, he treated me with compassion and respect--never judgment. If you're looking for an attorney who genuinely cares about his clients and sees them as people, not just cases, I highly recommend Tom. His professionalism, knowledge, and kindness made an overwhelming situation much easier to navigate.

Currently going through a bankruptcy with Pauldeep Bains…read more I reached out to Pauldeep last year to start the bankruptcy process. My first impression is vastly different that the current. Our first conversation ended with me submitting a partial payment. I begun this process on 4/7/2026. I would not recommend a lump sum, monthly payments only. I scheduled a payment for 4/21/2026, no charge was made. After speaking with Pauldeep to verify why the account wasn't charged along with other issues and the ideal timeframe of the bankruptcy, he became very condescending in his responses. I then put the funds in a money order as the filing fee and dropped it off at his office (specified instructions from Mr. Bains). He works out of a virtual office and the funds were left with a unrelated receptionist with no receipt provided (sketchy). Waiting on confirmation that all the paperwork that is required has been collected. I am ready and prepared to make my next payment however their seems to be consistent hold up. It is 5/15/2026 and my bankruptcy has not been filed with the courts. Tina, Pauldeep's assistant takes up to a week to respond. Both Tina and Pauldeep struggle with: - Attitude - Condescending - Long wait responses - No since of urgency - Sketchy payment types
