I've recommended him many times over the years - in fact, I would never recommend anyone else. I've seen him and his crew remove huge branches and skillfully navigate them around and down to the ground via complex rope-work, avoiding damage to surrounding vegetation and housing. They are extremely skilled at what they do, and provide solid estimates - and stick to the estimates without any surprises. My issue is with a receipt that just can't seem to make it from their office to my house. I have requested said receipt numerous times both via telephone calls and emails. Most requests have gone unanswered - but the two times I did get a reply it was with some lame excuse about accounting issues or computer problems. Regardless, it has been 4 months and I have still not received an invoice for the $950 worth of work I had done. For the life of me I can't figure out why a repeat customer who has spent thousands of dollars with this company is being treated so poorly.
