I usually receive good service, but I did have one week where an older woman did my nails, and I wasn't thrilled. I thought she filed my nails unevenly. The last time I was there, one guy started to remove my gel polish...then asked me to move over a chair, and he started with a new client. I waited over 15 minutes before another guy came to finish my manicure. I didn't say anything because I was wanting to see why they made me wait, how they handled my lengthy wait, etc. I m guessing an appointment came in, and they bumped me for her. Fortunately I was able to wait it out. But I - and most others - don't appreciate being pushed aside; it's poor service to start with a client if you know you have another coming in shortly. I guess I'll see if I have any more service issues and need to look elsewhere. As for the manicure itself, everyone has done a beautiful job (excluding what I noted above). I usually ask for a leopard print mail on each hand, and it always looks great!

Very reasonable. I made an appointment and arrived 5 minutes early. There were 6 - 8 other patrons when I arrived. After less than a 10 minute wait, I was given a seat and asked what I needed. The nail tech took care of me quickly and efficiently. He sanded my nails after he cut them - they needed it. I am considerng a full pedicure for $35 the next time I go back. I will go back. I like my nails to be smooth which they seldom are.

Another time she colored my hair and shaped my eyebrows. Most recently Courtney gave me a new short style when I was ready for a change. The new cut is perfect for me. I am very pleased with it. Courtney listens to what you want and will do as you ask. If you ask her advice, she will give it to you and it is worth listening to as she is very knowledgeable. She has some products for sale but does not push them. Her shop is very pleasant and she is fun to chat with. I think you will like The Beauty Cat.
