She admitted that she made a mistake and offered to add the highlights back in. I asked her "won't that be over processing" she said no it'll be fine. It looks terrible. My hair was all one length and now I have short chunks of hair throughout due to breakage. She ruined my beautiful hair. Now I know what the "B" in Missy B stands for BOTCHED!!! I actually paid her for the service, because I think it's the right thing to do. When I asked for a refund of the gratuity and she refused. Don't risk it.

I have very long and thick wavy hair and wanted her to cut it so it had layers and emphasize the natural curls. She did a fantastic job and also taught me how to style and diffuse and dry my hair at home so that way I'm able to replicate the same low maintenance look I was going for. Highly recommend! You can make a reservation online and they do require a deposit. I think it was about 25% of the service selected. And then you pay the rest in person. I found that it was good value for the money compared to haircuts in the bay area where I live.

The makeup also stayed in all day (the only thing I retouched was my lipstick), and it looked great in the photos. In addition, she did my eyebrows and lashes, both things were great. Cindy is also wonderful at assessing your skin's needs and recommending a skincare regimen. The location is also nice and relaxing--it was such a welcome break when I went there a couple of days before my wedding to get my eyebrows done. Bonus: Cindy was also nice enough to do my mother's makeup for the wedding. As many of us know, mothers can be a little stressed before weddings, and Cindy was nice enough to meet with my mom when she arrived in town, put together a look for her, and do her makeup on the day of the wedding. You can make an appointment online or call ahead, or walk-in if they have a spot open. The customer service here is great, everyone is very nice and know how to work with hair.
