I was referred to Recruitment Intelligence by a former colleague who had nothing but great things to say about them. I can say I am very thankful for that referral. When I have used recruitment agencies in the past we end up seeing a lot of the same candidates that we already have in our database or get resumes of candidates that are currently not working for one reason or another. While there are certainly some good candidates out there that are unemployed, we have always felt the best candidates are the ones that are currently working and being successful. That's what separates Recruitment Intelligence from your standard staffing or employment agency. Their philosophy is to perform cold calling sourcing campaigns directly into our competitors and other companies that we were interested in. They even asked if there were companies that we preferred not to see any candidates from. In the end, we got several candidates that met our criteria. We also got pre-recorded video interviews of those candidates so we could save some time and resources in the process by weeding out the ones that we felt didn't answer some knock out questions correctly. Finally we got a full report of everyone they identified, whether they spoke to them or not, and all the notes from those conversations. This has been immensely helpful because now we have expanded our own pool of candidates and can call upon the ones on the list later if someone doesn't work out. The best part about Recruitment Intelligence? How about the fact that I was able to make 3 hires for about 70% less than what traditional recruitment agencies would have charged. Yeah, I was my boss's hero for about month after that! I highly recommend Recruitment Intelligence for any company that is tired of paying high fees for not the best candidates out there and will be using them again very soon!
