Once we moved in, it all started to go down hill. We have had a very big consistent problem with the property that no one seems to care about. It is literally costing my family lots of money because of the issue. NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE. Every single time I reach out, I encounter an assistant or a receptionist who only passes along a message to someone who never reaches out. Devin has been the only light in this situation. Devin usually made sure to call us back when we called. Unfortunately the customer service stops there. Their maintenance crew will not return calls.
