The lack respect, customer service, tact, patient care, and bad attitude is what I received instead. If it was not for the Doctor who respectfully issued a refund, I cannot say how long she would have continued. I will not be returning to the wellness center because if this is the type of person that will come and do what she did to a patient today, that is not a place that I can do business. This included metabolic testing, nutrition sessions and 52 personal training sessions. Also an armband which is an activity/ calorie tracker. However, what sold me was this was supposed to be personalized and cater to your body. I NEVER received anything more than a cookie cutter standard diet plan and told to buy their supplements. When I wasn't losing the weight, not once did they ever try to adjust my diet. They did offer more testing and ways for me to spend more money. I was told the doctors met weekly to review EACH patients chart and that they were constantly communicating to personalize the program so that people were successful! NOT TRUE!!! I broke down and paid for a cortisol test. I had to call twice for the results. Finally one of the doctors called me back. Gave me a list of over $200 worth of vitamins to order from Amazon! That was 3 months ago....never heard from him again! I found out they closed their gym location and ended the personal training sessions. I did not find out because they called me because that would be how a professional business operated. No, I found out through word of mouth. They actually had a client show up for her scheduled time and the doors were locked. At least they weren't playing favorites and we all got the same unprofessional behavior. Since my contact is not up and I have not used all of my training sessions, I called for a refund. After spending $3588 for this program and only using approximately 12-15 of the training sessions, I was told I would get $108 back. What a joke! I also asked for a breakdown of how the original $3588 was spent and a breakdown of how the refund would be calculated. Not only did I not see the breakdown, Dr. yen refused to even acknowledge my email. The lack of communication at the so called business is ridiculous. At this rate, not only will they close the gym doors, but the entire business. They are full of talk and no action other than to offer ways for toy to spend more money.I am in the process of going above Dr, Yen to get a realistic refund. they broke their contract and I should be refunded. I guarantee that if i didn't follow through with the contract they would expect to keep my money. (I have PTSD from Afghanistan and Qatar). She tried to direct me to another diagnosis, other then the diagnosis my Psychiatrist made, (she is a psychologist). She gave wrong dates, while speaking with her she would try to guide me to the date of her choice that would work against my case, I told her repeatedly that it wasn't the correct timeline.
