She asked before the treatment what I did for a living and told her I'm in sales for a corporate organization, etc. I let her know I've done CO2 laser treatment before I. The past for malasma - $400 for 3 treatments - going from light to "aggressive" in the last session. She kept asking about the specific equipment and the temperature, but as a patient, I don't know those answers. Just that I was taken great care of and the redness went away within a few hours and the results were great. Obviously I don't know her machine compared to the next person with CO2 laser equipment, because they are few and far between in the Houston and surrounding areas. This is what I ended up with. I am now a legit burn victim and fear I am going to lose my job, because I don't even have enough makeup to cover up what she did for a total of $442.75 ($385 + her 15% tip). I clearly let her know and sent pictures this is not okay, and she is arguing in text messages about square passes vs. full passes and the aggressiveness, where she should know all of this as a real professional with professional grade equipment.

And it wasn't until after "Liz" herself notice the after pics were actually worse, that she reluctantly offered the alternative treatments. That of which were considered a downgrade and a less effective treatment than the initial treatments I paid for. You would have done much better continuing to ignore my comment/rating. I didn't like the way mine were looking so I gave Lush RX a call. They were so helpful and nice when I asked so many questions over the phone. Never had I had someone make me feel so comfortable about a procedure just by speaking to them on the phone. Before the call was over, I had set an appointment and was looking forward to going in. I must admit that I am a big chicken when it comes to things like this, and it seems as I age, my pain tolerance goes DOWN. So, even though I was comfortable with the Spa it's self, I was still very nervous to have the procedure done. When I arrived everyone was so very nice and again, made me feel comfortable being there. I didn't have to wait long at all till they called me back to start my lip filler. Boy, let me tell you... as soon as I got into that chair, I was almost to freak out mode. They assured me that they would make it as comfortable as possible and applied numbing cream to my lips. One of the first things they say is, "Don't lick your lips". Well, when someone tells me to NOT lick my lips, that makes me want to lick them that much more. So, I did. Not only did my lips get numb, but so did the rest of my mouth. Haha! It wasn't bad, just didn't taste very good at all. While my lips were getting numb, Krystal was in the room assuring me that everything would be ok. It is hard to believe it when you are terrified. But her bedside manner was top notch. She made me feel as relaxed as possible in that situation. When the procedure started, she was very careful and precise. The pain wasn't even that bad. It was like a pretty good pinch on my lips, but nothing I couldn't take. After she was done with my lips, I got up and took a look. I was like WOW!!! It was exactly what I wanted. She did explain that the swelling would go down in a few days to a couple of weeks. Everyone heals differently. The bad news is, when I was looking at my lips so perfect now, all I could see was the wrinkles on my forehead. So, needless to say... I walked out of there with lip fillers AND Botox. I feel so much better about my appearance now and I have the staff at Lush RX to thank for that. And the good thing is... it looks so natural that people know that you're looking more youthful, and want to know your secret to making your skin look so much younger and better. After your service they don't forget about you. They call and text to check up on you after your procedure, then you have a two week follow up. The dangerous thing about the two week follow up is, you've had more time to think of all the other things that you want done now. I highly recommend Lush RX, Krystal, and her staff.
