I'm sorry to say we have had a bad experience with this place. Just a honest true opinion, we have chased this company every other day for 3 weeks with promises of a site visit, promises of return calls, cancel appointment, no manager or anyone senior to attend the calls, no one available to speak, I'm sorry we have been quite patient and our opening is next week and we have no sign!!! No nothing! Not once did you say you cannot do this order not once! Your customer service to speak to a senior is non existent and now I am clearly leaving an honest review for those who should think twice about using you. I'm sorry we are left without any vinyls, or shop board.. not at all happy with your service!. I actually would be surprised if your reviews are genuine because seriously over 3 weeks to deal with my booking. I even asked your main person on the phone what does he think of the service and he also agrees not good... I don't need his sorries as the poor man works for you guys... no apology from the non existent managers...Your reviews are questionable ! Avoid unless like us to have an opening you are left without any signage! Not professional at all. read more
