They don't have a dedicated online facility so what I usually do is send them an email and use something like mailbigfile.com to get my files to them. Then I get an email invoice back and another message that it's been completed. The service is fantastic and the quality of the prints that I've received has been exceptional. Once there was an issue when one of the pigments had been running low and there were some tiny white lines running through one particular colour, to be fair you could hardly see it but it wasnt perfect so they just had it reprinted immediately. Coloursonic isn't the cheapest Giclée printer I'm aware of, but I trust them to deliver everytime and to the highest possible standard so that's why I keep going back to them.

So as usual two-three moths after the last toner was placed it was again over and I needed a new one. I went to some other stores but they told me they are out of this type of toner because it's too old and only few people are still using it.
