We got a chair right away and they were working on us within 15 minutes. We each chose one of the more expensive treatments - mine was aloe vera-based and the better half's was ginger -based. Both treatments included paraffin soaks and covered everything up to the knee. The young lady who took care of my long-neglected feet was energetic, friendly (but not intrusive), and did an excellent job. The massage chairs worked us over, my feet look better than they have in years, and we both decided to indulge in this on a regular basis. It's a little costly, we were there getting worked on for about an hour. And, in a piece of refreshing honesty, I was paying for both of us with new $50 bills and two got stuck together. As we were getting into the car, the young lady who worked on me ran at and stopped me, telling me what had happened and giving me my extra $50 back. This was an excellent experience overall.

It needed to be tweaked, and she said she would but never did. She charged me close to $500. for that service. Which I thought was way too expensive for what she did. I have been to the best hair salon in Albuquerque, NM spent four hours there for a full highlight turned out beautiful for less than $400. She was considered a high-level hairdresser. Lisa said she charges $100. an hour which I was not aware prior to her telling me that after the first appointment. Yesterday after four hours and $280. $280 because she felt bad charging me because I was not happy with my hair. I left with gray highlights. I had bright blonde when I walked in and wanted some low lights to put in so it would not be so chunky looking around my face. She toned my highlights with an ash toner which turned them a dirty dishwater gray. Lisa O. said we don't do highlights like yours here. I guess she meant in Midland. Wish I would have known that as well. She said, she liked how my hair looked better than how I had it. (Wow) I the paying customer liked it and wanted it the way I wanted it. I also showed her at least four pictures of what I liked and wanted. $780. later, I hate my hair color and makes me feel depressed looking at it! Lisa wanted to put a different toner on it, but I did not trust how it would turn out. Also, I had dogs that needed to be let outside as I had been gone a significant time. She said she would fix the next day, but I don't want to ever go back to her again. If you have a level 3 hair color meaning dark and want light highlights, I will not recommend her. I am not sure why I paid her for the mess that I will have to pay someone else to fix. I am compassionate and have been a hairdresser before. She got my money twice but will never get it again. I wish hairdressers would just say they don't know how to do what you are asking for upfront! Additionally, not do what they think will look good on you or what they like personally. So disappointed plus the money and time off work. P.S. I just checked my bank account and Lisa O. added on $10.08 to make it $290. 08. That is scandalous!! She should refund it all. Now, it is the principal of the matter. She did not mention it would be an additional $10 to run the credit card if in fact that is what this is about. So, done. I should have never gone back for a second round, my bad.

Anytime you are around her she makes sure that you are doing well, the atmosphere is always welcoming and nice and is always a great time. I definitely recommend going to see her for a color change, haircut, extensions. I've added some of the masterpieces she has done for me and couldn't be happier with how they all turned out.
