The salon appeared clean and tidy. I'm not usually a fan of salons that make me soak my nails in warm acetone. It's just so harsh on my skin, so I was a little skeptical. I prefer the soaked cotton balls and foil method. It was still better than the peeling off method I've seen- yikes! I saw on reviews they have drinks available, like water, sodas and margaritas. I wasn't offered one. Maybe you're suppose to ask? Once it got down to it, my tech was very meticulous and really gentle with my nails. No flicking, tugging or pulling my fingers. She was very cautious with the electric drill and didn't cut me! (Big plus!) She listened to what I wanted and I'm happy with the shape and color. Afterwards, she gave me a brief massage. There is a 3% charge for debit and credit payments. May want to grab cash before going to save some money. My dip mani cost $45. Would say it's reasonable, especially for such a job well done.

I go in ask for a soak off and they do the normal drilling to make sure the acetone gets in good. Then I get a new nail tech and he takes a nail file under my nail and it really hurt and he's just taking off some of my nails and I tell him I wanted a soak and he's like OK. He starts clipping down my fake nails and he's soaking and he keeps just drilling them and I tell him it starts to hurt because it feels like he's drilling my actual nail and he drilled the top of my nails too far, He cut me pretty bad with the drill. He clipped my finger the cuticle clipper, and it won't stop bleeding. This is probably the worst service I've gotten here. I asked for a soak off and I really did not get that at all, and he was laughing about cutting me with the drill. Not their finest moment at all!!

When we arrived she had to call in staff to come to work. ( would have been nice to be told that initially not enough staff was there yet). We waited until staff arrived. They were still short staffed and were splitting time between myself and several others. My hands sat in acetone for 45 minutes and I took them out because my hands were itching. Enter Staff # 3 to work on me. The staff Steven was rough and I had to tell him several times what I wanted. Even my grand daughter said he "was rude". Hopefully things will get better but this experience makes me not wanting to return.
