There is no price protection for a year or six months or Any Time; I feel that whatever discount Storage Mart offers you, Storage Mart will make sure that they get it back, and more. My recommendation would be to use a more Customer Centric company. Storage Mart definitely plays the supply and demand game; Storage Mart doesn't appear to have any regard their customers, just who they can get to pay the most money! Also, Storage Mart will not give out Storage Mart's decision makers contact information to discuss issues because they said "people would be calling all the time"; Wonder Why!
