He installed a new drop in sink for us back in January as well as a filtration faucet and a main kitchen faucet. Good communication throughout his process and if he needed an extra part, he would give us a heads up ahead of time. Recently, our main faucet had begun leaking and flooded our countertops and under sink. Wenger plumbing helped us diagnose the problem and they took care of it within a timely manner despite their swamped schedules. Very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company. It can be hard to find a good plumber and these guys are very professional.

The City of Columbia checked the line and confirmed the issue was still on my side, meaning the line was never fully cleared. I reached out to the company several times, but they stopped responding. I haven't been able to shower or do laundry for days. Any reputable drain company offers a callback/warranty, especially when the problem returns this quickly. Instead of fixing their incomplete work, they left me with the same issue and no communication. This has been extremely stressful and unsanitary, and I've received no support or follow-up. I hope they do the right thing and correct this, but as of now I cannot recommend them.

We knew what we wanted and that we wanted Lennox equipment. We solicited proposals from a couple of HVAC contractors recommended to us by our realtor. We did not want a heat pump. The new HVAC system (high efficiency A/C with 98% efficient gas furnace) was installed in late March 2025 and has been now been in use for 10+ months. Kind of hard to show up for a job when you don't bother with the little details like your customer's name, etc. Spoke with Jeremy who set a time that afternoon to look at the job for a bid. After waiting for 90 minutes I called a 3rd time and got Jordan again who thought it was hilarious that he had forgotten the first time. He then needed to see the job (after his initial bravado of "I don't need to look, we do that all the time "), he finally showed up, gave me a quote and said it would be the following week. That was two weeks ago. Never saw or heard from this company again and don't expect to. Do yourself a favor and hire a responsible professional, not a bunch of immature little boys.
