BEWARE their new patient intro patient is a SCAM. I was introduced to 100% Chiropractic by a FB ad promoting $21 new patient rate. I called and set up an appointment and was told I would first have xray and consultation then come back for my adjustment. It sounded fair. When I showed up for my appointment I was asked for ID and my insurance card. I handed my ID and was told I would be self pay. They said that they were unable to accept self pay clients. I would need to pay $450 for my visit! When I questioned they said the disclosure was in fine print. I asked to see the fine print and was told it was not available. What ever happened to doctors that stood in their honor and were of face value? Shame on you 100% Chiropractic. IF you do not accept self paid patients put it in BOLD print and do not waste our time. This is unfair to me and to others that come to you in pain. :( Also, I would give extra training to your front desk staff on how to explain this to patients. read more

Went a few times and had more than enough. The chiropractor, James Williams is very arrogant and condescending. Talked down to me and was very sarcastic. Spoke to his staff in front of myself and other patients like they were children. Definitely would not recommend!!!! read more

Hello family and friends, I wanted to share my recent experience with 100% Chiropractic in Lake Charles, LA. I was having some back pain in November 2019 and made an appointment at this establishment for an adjustment. I had had a couple visits and did not return for ongoing treatments. On my last visit there I was approached by James wife who was the office manager at the current time about a treatment plan of which I denied on that day of my last visit there. However, it came to my attention recently that they have been deducting money from my account every month since December 2019! I contacted the office manager and was told that I signed up for a membership during my initial visit. I informed her that I never signed up for a membership and asked to see a copy of the contract. She said to me I signed up withClearGage and I told her that I never heard of a company called ClearGage. She instructed me to contact the company that manages the monthly membership program, Cleargauge. I contacted them and was able to get 5 of the payments refunded for services that wasn't received , and was told to request the remaining 15 payments amount from 100% Chiropractic clinic, and provided me with a copy of a contract that had my name and personal information filled out, but there were no signatures on it. The following day, I went to the clinic and asked to speak directly with the chiropractor, James Williams, D.C. The staff member at the desk dismissed me stating that I could not see him without an appointment and that he needed to be addressed as Doctor. I saw Mr. Williams walking past the front desk and I asked him if we could speak privately. He also tried to dismiss me by stating that he does not accept walk-in appointments. I informed him that I had questions about being erroneously signed up for a monthly membership and I was told to request a refund from the practice. He became very defensive and claimed that I signed up through ClearGage. I asked him to provide me a copy of my signed contract and he became even more agitated. He raised his voice and told me to leave the clinic. He started walking towards me and even threatened to call the police. I responded by telling him to stop approaching me in an aggressive manner. I also stated that it was his responsibility to refund me for the fraudulent charges to my account over the past two years. After a heated exchange, I left the establishment and contacted the State Attorney's office. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint against this clinic and the chiropractor. I just wanted to issue a warning to anyone in the Lake Charles area who may be looking for a chiropractor. Please do not patronize 100% Chiropractic! They are very unprofessional and have unethical business practices. read more

I love this place! Staff is polite and knowledgeable and Dr James is amazing! They even have people traveling several hours!

I started regularly visiting Dr. Gary and the team at Louisiana Chiropractic and Wellness Center last fall. I had just started a new job and I had such severe lower back pain that it interfered with my ability to sit at my desk and concentrate on my work. LCWC's approach--which emphasizes not only spinal adjustments but also physical therapy to strengthen the muscles around the spine--worked wonders!
