I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of customer service and support that they offer. I was blown away with how much time the chiropractors spend with each patient going over their x rays, 3D body scans, and plans of care/treatment. They are very thorough in going over symptoms that you're having, what can be causing those symptoms, and the treatment to help alleviate the symptoms. I came in with a lot of pain in my lower back & leg. I liked that x-rays were done to help determine the problem. I've never had a chiropractor do that before. The x-rays showed a lovely curve in my back & uneven hips. I was still nervous about chiropractor care because I have a rare condition, dystonia, & my old chiropractor made it worse. Dr. Mike took the time to learn a little bit about the condition to know what he's working with. I have been going there for a little over month now & I already have been feeling better! This place is amazing. This is not a place to just go get an adjustment. Here they do a whole treatment plan so you can become pain free for life not just temporary. It's awesome!!! Dr. Mike is an amazing chiropractor who has a really awesome back story as to why he became a chiropractor. This place is amazing! It's the only chiropractor I've been to that did a full exam with x-rays and explained to me what I needed and why. I appreciate that they explained the full care plan and how much it costs before starting care. In the past I've been places that would adjust me without giving some sort of idea of how often I'd have to go and such. This place is definitely full service.
