This place is beyond phenomenal! We had just relocated from Houston and, after all the moving and twisting, I was in dire need of an adjustment. I was on the verge of a bulging disc and all the other Chiropractors near wanted $65-$135 to be seen and many don't accept insurance. I stumbled upon this place as a last resort, before driving to the Springs to be seen. I'm so glad I called this place -- Dr. Chada was EXTREMELY thorough. I was having an issue where it literally felt like someone was stabbing me in the back when I breathed in, I went to the doctor and my doctor told me there was nothing he could do but maybe a massage or seeing a chiropractor might help. I walked in to In and Out Chiropractics that same morning in so much pain I couldn't even get comfortable in their lobby chairs. Dr Mike called me back and I told him what was going on. He said "I think you may have a rib out" he told me to sit on the bench and felt around my back and I told him where it hurt. He asked me to lay on my stomach and told me "this is going to hurt but your going to feel so much better when I'm done". He made an adjustment on me that yes was discomforting but man as soon as the sharp pain hit I immediately took a breath and it didn't hurt. I was slightly sore the next day and even less so the day after, but I was astonished how amazing the difference was. Before the pain was excruciating I couldn't sleep, go to work, or even sit down in a recliner without being in immense pain. It literally was the best 25 dollars I have ever spent and I whole heartedly recommend if your in pain get your butt in here and let Dr. Mike fix you up, I promise it will be the best decision you ever made. Dr. Sells is an outstanding chiropractor. He takes the time to listen to you very intently when you describe your symptoms. He also takes the time to diagnose you and set up a plan. I have been to many chiropractors and this guy is completely different which is very refreshing. Most places I have been, I am immediately given a plan that I need to follow, which includes coming in 2x a week and spending $100s of dollars. Dr. Sells offers the most affordable plans I have ever seen. I got 10 visits for $150. I went to 100% chiropractic who told me I need to come twice a week and spend upwards of $350 a month for his treatment (side note weirdest chiropractor I have met at 100% chiropractic had me and two others sit through a PowerPoint about his childhood on our initial visit. Did not return after this experience). Anyways I digress Dr. Sells has gotten me back to normal all for a reasonable price. He has not once tried to up-sell me on anything and is very friendly and pleasant to interact with, same goes for his secretary. Thanks again to the staff at in and out chiropractic. i wish i could dr sells 20 stars!!!!!! please dont think that because the price is so low that he just a hack.. he is so great with you,and talks with you not at you..i have been to so meany chiropractors over the years and the cost is 3 times what he is,and i have never had the care that he gives.i go 2 or 3 times a week.he keeps me on my feet,and that not an eazy thing to do..after you see him get a massage.every one is so great there..i love that you can see him any time you need to,just walk in any time..you know when your back goes out and you call a chiropractor and they tell you they can see you in 2 or 3 days well what good is that,well not with in & out chioropractic.thanks dr mike,you have saved me moor than you know.. read more
