I have been to all the smoke shops in banning/beaumont and this one not only is the cheapest but an absolute pleasure to go into! They sold me a USED vape tank. They knew I was a person who wasn't very advanced in vaping like I am now and took advantage of that. Also don't ever trust a smoke shop that sells brass knuckles. Somethings definitely going on in that place that they are hiding probably drugs. read more

I had been to this shop a couple of times before and the persons who attended to me were friendly and helpful. This time I had to go in for a new mod and a young man that I had not seen on the previous visits attended to me. He sold me a new mod and I thought that was that but, when I got home and put it to use it had some battery issues. I put the accessories back in the box and brought it back to the shop. Long story short, the same young man attended to me again, mentioned that they don't usually do exchanges once the product was used but he did for me and I was thankful. I have just moved back to So Cal from Colorado after a decades long absence and the vape shops there are regulated a bit different and are not really combined with smoke shops. It has been my experience there, that they all had a return policy if the product was defective. I would recommend that 100% Smoke shop have a return policy as well, even if it's just case by case. Of course I know iit'sa small business and people could take advantage and come in like they got a cold Big Mac at McDonalds. Otherwise it's a good little shop with good selection and in my opinion better than the 3 shops I visited in Beaumont and Banning this morning before I hit up 100% Smoke. I had read the bad reviews before writing this but for me these guys are OK and I shall be returning. read more

Excellent experience here. Was driving by when I started to feel tired and needed to stop for a break. Decided to go in to grab some smokes and the people working here were friendly and attentive. They helped explain some of the new gizmos and trends and left with more than i had originally planned to buy. Couldn't be happier with the service as well as the new device I picked up from them.
