Great local smoke shop. My husband and I get all our needs purchased here. They have a huge selection of pipes, lighters, cigarettes, vapes, hookah, papers, grinders, filters, knives, etc. The man there is very helpful. Some times I feel like he thinks I would rob him or something. He can be cold. Could be cultural differences. I don't mind. Other than that it's a good place to go. Oh parking is terrible at times. i bought a defective hype here for $25 and they would not refund me they gave me a cheaper version of the hype with way less hits and horrible flavors then proceeded to tell me that the device i bought did not smell burnt and he could see the smoke coming out of it when i tried to hit it and show him it didn't work. worst customer service i've ever gotten. they didn't even try to help the situation but talk down on it and act like i was lying. do not go here. read more

my associates and I have bought glass ware from this shop and each time the glass has either cracked or broken with under a month from basic gentle use. We just bought one and it broke within 24 hours and the owner refuses to refund or exchange. He even lied to us claiming that he wasn't the owner even though an employee told us he was. The best offer he could give was 30% off another peice. If you're looking for good customer service, prices, and glass ware you've come to the wrong place. read more

My husband is a distributor for Green Smart Living electronic cigarettes and set up an account with Alex Roman the owner of Smoke for less. He brought in to his smoke shop starter kits and refills to be sold to customers. My husband would make deliveries to Beaumont smoke shop any time Alex would call for a re-stock of product. On his last visit to this shop, December 8, 2011, my husband received a check instead of cash for payment on products. The check was in the amount of Two Hundred and sixty four dollars and sixty five cents. This check bounced! My husband let the owner, Alex Roman know of this bounced check and he was told that he wanted proof to show this. When we finally had received the proof of the bounce check, and the bounce fee charges from our bank, my husband went to the Beaumont smoke shop and was confronted with an employee who refused to call Alex Roman and let him know he was there with proof of the bounced check. With numerous phone messages left at this smoke shop for the owner, we have yet received any calls back regarding this issue. We were also told from our Bank, that the owner would already have the information that his check written to us bounced because Banks will notify you if this happens. We are out several hundred dollars for this and a lot of time spent trying to collect the monies for product given to Alex Roman owner of Smoke for less in Beaumont. We do not have any more time or money to collect back what is owed to us. My review for this is in the hopes that Alex Roman will contact us and rectify this situation. read more
