He and two associates came to my home and took extensive measurements of my home - doorways, etc - and me. Five months later they delivered a stock chair that I am not able to sit in because the seat is too high. They tell me it cannot be lowered. So I had to send it back. I wanted the chair for leg surgery I had over two months ago. Needless to say I didn't have the needed chair and it doesn't look promising I will get it anytime soon. Both sales and corporate staff have provided nothing but excuses. Corporate has stopped returning my calls. The experience has been more than frustrating. This is a terrible company.

I have been a client of Alpine Home medical since 2006. It in recently the service has gone down…read morehill. I have received the wrong size head gear for my CPAP. I called and was informed the small size isn't carried in the stores so I would get a shipping label to send back the larger size. It's been about 3 weeks now and I have received nothing. Billing issues are another story that is never resolved. It's e to vet the insurance company involved. Once this issue is resolved I am terminating my business with Alpine.
