Do not purchase anything from the Jensen's they are poor business owners, have poor customer service. Purchased an e bike for our Grandson For Christmas he rode it less than 30 minutes and it started to smoke. Emailed and called Motofrugal After several attempts of calling got ahold of one of the owners. Told him about the situation of the smoking he said return it and they would take care of it. I drove over five hours to return the E bike took it into the store and they refused to take it back, Refused to warranty it, refuse to look at it to see what was wrong, refused to call the manufacturer, refused to refund my money back, Flat refused to do anything to help me out with the e bike I purchased from them. Long story short, they serviced my bike. We agreed on the price for their services. They performed additional services without my consent to do so. They tried to charge me around 70 bucks more for the additional services without my consent to do so. I had to have the police come down and mediate after the mechanic behind the counter told me "get the *uck out, take your ass outside." Point blank, you do not render services outside of your agreement without consent! It's safe to say, they will never see my face again. Class Act these guys. Horrible!!!!! read more

I bought a 2008 Honda CRF250R mid April 2015 and have had nothing but issues. Prior to purchasing they mentioned they had done an inspection on the bike and there were no known issues; it ran great. Well sure, it ran well for the first three weeks, there after it slowly got harder and harder to start. Come mid September, not even 6 months later, I am having to rebuild the head and more. Motorfrugals did not take into consideration where I live and my bike was not tuned correctly which lead to many issues such as: -Numerous tunes -Jetting issues -Shimmed valves -Rebuilt carburetor -Replaced valves -Re-machined the head and more. I am very, very, disappointed in my purchase being that I am putting all of this into the bike not even 6 months after purchase. read more

Made the mistake of buying a used PWC from This dealership. Last words from the salesperson were "let us know if you have any issues with it". First trip out check engine light comes on and Machine goes into limp mode. First call I make is to let this "deal"ership know that sold me a piece of garbage. Had the machine into a few different Seadoo dealerships and each time I took the boat out on to open waters had additional electronic issues. In an entire summer I only was able to put 5 hours on this boat because of one issue after another. I finally cut my losses and traded in the boat for a new one. My loss was MotoFrugals gain. Take your hard earned cash elsewhere and buy your toys from a REPUTABLE dealer. This place buys garbage from auctions in an attempt to pawn it off on unsuspecting customers such as myself. I know, my fault for buying a 5 year old machine with only 21 hours on it. What appeared to be a good deal turned out to be a nightmare! Nothing like the feeling of being dead in the water in the middle of Bear Lake and East Canyon and Pineview. But hey, at least my teenage son got a lot of practice learning how to tow his old man back to shore with a PWC that I didn't buy at this JOKE of a dealership. I would highly suggest buyer beware with this store and especially the repair shop. This true story starts with the replacement of the rear tire on my motorcycle (XL-600) and the flat repair on the rear tire of my son's XR-100. Both jobs appeared to be fine until the first ride on each bike. We planned a trip to the Paiute ATV Trail with 10 other riders. Of the 12 total riders, only two had flat tires on the first day. They were my son and I and they were the very same rear tires Moto Frugals had worked on. Seemed odd that out of 12 vehicles riding the same exact trails, the only two flats were the tires they worked on however I could live with the coincidence until the rest of the story..... After patching the XR-100 tire in camp, I was unable to repair the XL-600 tire due to the valve stem being nearly torn from the tube, which starts the SECOND BEWARE for Moto Frugals. When I took the tires back to the store I asked if they had been having others complain about tires not holding their repair in case there was a new employee learning how to mount tires. Of course they said NO. When I explained what happened and asked the chances of it happening to only the two of us, they said they had no way to know the details of the terrain, riding conditions, etc. etc. which I completely agree with. However, after leaving the tires again the counter sales boy called me to tell me that I was missing the Rim Lock! I have had this motorcycle since it was new in 1983 and have had the rear tire replaced about every four years on average and never once has it been missing the rim lock and it has NEVER had a flat tire. I couldn't believe what he was telling me! They of course wouldn't acknowledge that I have owned the bike for 29 years and tried to convince me that it had never had a rim lock! UNBELIEVABLE! The problem was that they had me by the short hair and I had to buy it again. There is no question in my mind that they forgot to put the rim lock back in after replacing my tire just prior to this trip! The counter sales boy told me that if the tires went flat again, they would now stand behind them. So today, August 9, 2012 just over 3 weeks after the bike has been sitting in the shed awaiting the next trip, I go out and find the tire on the XR100 flat again. It has been ridden from the front yard to the back yard and into the shed. Absolutely unacceptable!! Would you take it back to these guys to have them "stand behind it?" No one in their right mind would. I will have paid for this tire repair three times now to get the job done right by a good shop. Don't do it. There are plenty of other shops out there.
