After my last repair round, where he swapped a processer out of one of my machines putting in a less capable one..... I will never use his shop again. Attitude is everything. When I questioned him about the repairs he got in my face and became very aggressive, then calming down quickly. Be careful if you go there. Very little machines, but a whole lot of attitude..

Service was impeccable during our one-night visit from check-in to checkout. There are snacks in the lobby and chilled Rose' wine is offered in the lobby in the late afternoon. Our standard room was excellent with a large shower and a bed that was beyond comfortable. We were overlooking the pool area, and it looked mighty inviting, maybe next time. We loved seeing all the old movie posters and unique décor in the lobby and conference rooms. Even the restrooms have themes! This is a high-end property, and it will put a dent in your CC, but we both felt it was well worth it.

They charged $8.85 for using their mini bar food. I'm a full grown adult staying with my wife, no children at all. While I called the hotel to dispute it, the lady did not want to investigate or refund about it. What? I'm a full grown adult calling to dispute about $8 after I deliberately used it? Was I supposed to write down an inventory list of what's within fridge and take pic as a proof? Was I supposed to ask for their agreement prior to using their fridge to store my water? Thats fucking insane. It's not about the price, it's about the fact that I did not consume their drink. If you hate money, come here. 2 stars not 1 star because to be fair, the hotel room is comfortable. Staff is friendly. Well, never again. Extremely disappointed. Manager, if you are reading this, you better look into it and refund my $8. Great food and drink with a staff that caters to your experience. Occasionally we like to treat ourselves and you should too. Guys if you're looking for a way to spoil your lady this is the place. Everything worked and they're back to daily maid service. They have a fine breakfast buffet in the lobby, with eggs and omelets made to order. The only drawback is parking - the usual self-park garage was closed during some nearby construction, meaning that if you're staying here this summer or fall, you'll have to choose between valet parking ($80/night) or else a pretty hefty hike to garages that allow overnight and in/out parking. Note: Indoor pool only. Not nearly as cool as the rooftop pool and lazy river at the other Convention Center hotel.

The staff was also amazing at keeping the venue clean and clutter free with a bunch of attendees leaving plates and glassware everywhere. The lobby area was spacious and inviting and it had a Starbucks in the lobby. There was also a skyway to the convention center on both the 2nd and 3rd floor. It super close and hopefully your convention is on the same side as this Hilton, otherwise, you have a long walk to the other side.
