Sometimes going way out of there way. Better than most businesses I know. They need a better way for departments to communicate timely with each other and someone to oversee this process and make corrections at the time it's needed. Another suggestion would be to solicit reviews from customers a week or so after purchase. Service could be included with this also. I am satisfied with my purchase and with the service the fiver received. My only real dissatisfaction came with finance or whoever it was I was settling up with things I had done. This individual acted as though I was trying to get away without paying. I am not accustomed to being treated like a thief, but the rest of the people were so nice and customer service oriented that I kept quiet and let it slide, once. I plan for now on repeat business so I imagine I will bump into him again. A bit disorganized but I will be back as I am very satisfied. Also an atta-boy for the parts department. They worked diligently to get the parts I needed. It's difficult with COVID to get what you want within a reasonable time.

After hours of driving whilst moving across the country, our car's transmission went out. Told us we could have done so on the side of the highway, asking us why we had to do it right in front of his business (We were not blocking anything, as the empty lot was indeed, empty) and not to leave any trash. Understanding "Business is Business" aside, wouldn't helping people who are in the middle of an emergency situation benefit said business with more positive engagement? Instead, I have to leave this one star review, as my true feelings on this matter require a zero. Perhaps a better approach in humanity is needed, but is lost here. Based on the number of negative Reviews, I would go to Springfield when shopping for an RV/camper.

After several calls to Chris Block the owner of Superior RV which he either ignored or told me stories to stall us, we find out about his arrest for fraud. When we talked to the police we found out he took the camper in to sell it on consignment from a family we bought it and he never paid the original people their money and he kept the money from our purchase of the same camper so we are involved in a mess.
