Went in and was greeted by the two ladies on staff, even though the register is located near the rear of the store, and both ladies seemed engrossed in an inventory projects, they both acknowledged my presence and made me feel welcome. Upon checking out, I was informed of a Saturday sale on their candles. Too bad, I will be back in Atlanta on Saturday. Personally, I beginning to think that candles are like fingernail polish...they are coming up with the same fragrances but attempting to fool the consumer with different names and labels, but the $20 off a $40 purchase coupon can go far if you know how to spread it around. James was extremely helpful, he did exactly what I asked and didn't try to sell me anything. My usual experience with Verizon stores entail pushy sales rep, so this experience was very refreshing. Highly recommend Russell Cellular and I will be sure to go back if I need anything else.
