In that regard, WCBM has it all over WBAL. It's hard to understand why WBAL is rated higher. I guess one explanation would be the quality of the LISTENERS. The individuals on the air on WCBM have "radio voices" that are FAR superior to the shreeking, shrill, monotenous voices of the personalities on WBAL. I can listen to WCBM all day, and know I'll never hear .... "WBAL 1090 AM, 101.5 FM and the WBAL app. every 2 minutes. ... That gets boring FAST .....
