I confirmed via text (see screenshots) what the price would be ($355 with the discount) and decided to book to save myself the chores. When the guy got to my house he said "That will be $540." Uh, no. This is the second time they've quoted a price and then changed it on me. After several minutes on the phone with his boss, the employee came in and said "their prices had gone up but he would do it for $405 but can't give me the discount." I had arranged for pet care for my two dogs for this service. I asked him to leave. Truly, do not waste your time with this scammy company. Update after owner response: You can see in the screen shot I did not ask for anything special at all. I did not ask for a special method. I asked for the exact same service I have gotten each time I have used them and they CONFIRMED the price plus the discount. Their "accommodation of my schedule" was simply agreeing on an appointment time? Their positive reviews are a result of quite literal harassment of their clientele until they leave a review.
