Horribly wrong. I have since spoken with other people that hired Jake to work on their pools and it was one horror story after another. I cannot speak to his skills pouring flatwork or kitchen tile but Jake has no business building swimming pools and the last thing we need here in Idaho is another underqualified swimming pool contractor.

They had the skills to handle the full job, including installing cabinetry, appliances, tile, plumbing, electrical and hardware. They did a stunning masonry job on our fireplace, complete with a custom mantle. They built a faux beam to match the mantle and installed all new lighting and fans to finish the room. There was no shortage of delays caused by the cabinet distributor, but Brady and Steve were smart and flexible, allowing them to keep the job moving along. We can't thank them enough for taking on this project and finally giving our family a beautiful space to call home.

Jeremy a bathroom job for us and absolutely knocked it out of the park. The job itself was a repair job from some water damage, and involved tile work, drywall/texture/paint, and some subfloor repair. The tile lines were immaculate and the drywall repair is completely undetectable when compared to the rest of the area that was undamaged. Highly recommend them and will use them again on other projects. read more

Where do I start?? I'll start by also stating that Stephan is a nice guy, no question. The job, a…read moredifferent story. The work began as requested. I mentioned purchasing my own flooring from the beginning but he offered that he could get nice flooring at discount (contractor's price), so I trusted what he said. Well the flooring was faulty. It looked horrible once completed. It had different sheens, while some of it looked matte, some of it looked glossy, with a sheen. It resulted in a complete re-do after the inconvenience of waiting an entire month of delays, with poor communication, as he was very busy with the Eagle job! The flooring company people ended up coming out twice to look at the horrible flooring, to see if they were going to replace it. In the interim, this is a rental that I'm losing time and money on. Long story short, they ended up replaceing the floor, but charged me for the labor cost for doing it! Something that was never my fault in the first place. If Stephan had been there over-seeing the job, I believe that this wouldn't have happened as I'm sure he would have noticed right away the faulty flooring, it wouldn't have gotton to the point it did. I don't think he ever even went there until after his guys had completed the job. Might I add that the entire house was coated in an inch of dust afterwards, no clean up! Not sure if they were cutting the flooring inside the house or what?? The job was only for 611 sq ft. My final cost over $5, 500! I will never use this company again and would hope that people really do their research before hiring these guys!
