Within 10 minutes the fountain was boxed up & in the back of my car. I also found an incredible smelling candle which was apricot & chai. So that candle also came home with me. After 4 months of nothing, I contacted the company and had a very difficult time of getting anyone to speak to me. Finding out my order had been cancelled and no one had bothered to let me know. The order was resubmitted with a discount of the balance, but it was still months before my order was completed. The communication with this company is almost nonexistent. I probably will never have to have custom blinds, shutters again in my life, but if I did, I would cross this company off my list.
