I was not notified about what was going on with the ring so the price jump was unexpected. It would have been nice to get a call notifying me that more needed to be done to the ring so I could decide if I wanted them to move forward. I was NEVER notified. I got the ring back with scratches all over it and it was flat on one side, not completely round. I took the ring to another jeweler to be fixed. The jeweler checked the ring size and it was only made a half size bigger when I asked for a whole size bigger. This entire thing could have been avoided had I gotten a phone call informing me that more was being done to the ring. I will never return and recommend you never use them.
