I have used them twice, and both times they were very friendly and got me to where I was going quickly and for a fair price. The first time Judy picked me up, and it was a very pleasant experience. She got me where I was going without the clearest of directions, and even struck up some good conversation on the way. The second time Lori was the driver. She was very professional, and we also struck up a bit of conversation, and got home in a very reasonable amount of time. Both experiences were very pleasant, and should I need transportation in the future I know who I'm gonna call. Also I enjoyed talking to their dispatchers. I used to work reception at the Oregon convention center, and after talking to dispatch with several cab companies in Portland they were a joy to talk to.
