This location also sits on a Chevron gas station without a food mart so grab snacks elsewhere if you're heading on a trip. The wash itself was great. It gets pre washed before entering the automatic car wash by male employees. Soap gets really foamy so I trust my car is getting thoroughly washed. It gets air dried with extreme blowers....or whatever they're called. You gotta be careful though, my previous car's front emblem was knocked off by this car wash and my car before that the trim was taken off. I'm crossing my fingers that I have no issues with my new car while I bring it here, but then again you take that chance at other car washes as well. :\

Instead of informing customers that the store was closed, the cashier stood silently and watched us until we left. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customers is unacceptable. If the store is closed, communicate it clearly rather than treating customers with disrespect. Her dismissive and unfriendly attitude was extremely unprofessional. Employees representing a business should treat customers with basic respect, and that was clearly absent here.

I don't know if this was because I said my company was going to take care of it due to the overspray (but left out it is my families company) and we did not estimate $400 for a detail. It is not that the detail was not good, it just seems out of our price range and the transparency in price threw me off. nice guy otherwise.

I then called AAA emergency road service........... And AAA sent out Dave's Towing out of Selma,CA. And the driver Jason Hogan came out to my location and hooked up to my truck and towed my truck to Hanford,CA. to my home. And when we arrived one of the tire straps was broken and hanging from the tow truck. Well it was hot and I didn't think about looking for damages so I told the driver thank you and he drove away and I went in the house for the night. And the next morning I took the tire off and found the damages to my 91 toyota truck. Damages in the amount of 378. Dollars and no cents. The amount that came from the Hanford Toyota Dealer. For a new Strut Bar and alignment, the Strut Bar was bent why ll traveling down 43 high way from Selma to Hanford there was a lot of road construction and also a vary bumpy road the driver slowed down on some of the bumps but not all of them and my truck was bouncing up and down on his tow truck. And I reported it to AAA and I only have plpd insurance so they said that they cant do anything for me and also the driver denied the damages so I have to pay out of my own pocket or take Kimberly Skidmore A.K.A.
