Gunner was accommodating to me in chat and in person. He was nice enough to explain to me what he is going to do with the car (especially when it is my first time to get my car detailed). I opted out of the trunk and exterior cleaning. Took 1.5 hours and was $250. The price was standard for the area, not really a bargain or overcharge. It was over the estimated price. The bad: there are two small burn marks in one of the seats that were not there before. I wouldn't have been too upset if they had said anything but failed to mention it. Again, was not expecting my car to look perfect, it's over a decade old. They put in a lot of work, but there were some areas for improvement.

Out of 10 requests Greg was one of the only ones that replied to take on a last minute job at a very reasonable price. He even accommodated a later arrival (a mistake on my part) at no extra charge. He was out detailing the entire car for about 4 hours in 100+ degree heat and my car finally feels like new.
