I then gave him a list of problems for the next visit and he said it would be $129/hr plus a $40 trip charge even though I live in red oak which is near Waxahachie. Very pricey in my opinion. His total estimate was $500 for fixing these things: 1) Find out cause of leak from upstairs to downstairs and possibly fix right away 2)Replace toilet seat & cover 3)Reconnect dishwasher downstairs to water line 4)Water in commode stays running non-stop Once I put my mind to it, i was able to fix everything by myself (except for the leaking pipe which no longer needed fixing since it stopped leaking after the bathtub got unclogged, just as I predicted) for less than $60. In summary, he is pricey and was willing to estimate $500 for minor problems. Could have possibly cost me more.
