Both times he alleged that no one was home while we were at home. Door bell is not working and I told him to call first. Now he states that they only pick up and deliver a minimum of 30 pounds. Never before had I been informed of this. He now says because I questioned him, since he called to tell me he could not deliver my laundry, that he will no longer do business with me.
