Nice selection of men's and women's clothing all with kind of an outdoor theme. Some name brands and some that I didn't recognize. But all seemed to be good quality. Really large selection of Yeti stuff when you first walk through the door (to the left). While we were there we didn't have any interaction with the people working (I guess because we didn't buy anything) ... but, nobody reached out to welcome us - not a big deal, but something we noticed. Prices ranged from reasonable to what I would consider a little on the high side, but that being said - not high for comparable stores (if that makes sense). I'd stop back in and check them out if we were in the area again.

They carry "high end" (lululemon, Vouri, Patagonia, OnClouds, etc) outdoor clothing/shoes/accessories. Everything is reasonably priced and comparative to normal pricing. They told me that because it was past 30 days since I had purchased the shoes that I couldn't return them (it was 45 days). So I said I'll take a store credit instead. However, she had only worn them inside their store for 20 minutes while trying them on. So apparently you can't try on any shoes there because the store is dirty enough to make them used and void any possible return. Don't buy anything here. The sales team isn't train well enough to help you find shoes that will fit, everything is overpriced and the return policy is horrendous. Safe yourself the time, money, and frustration by never stepping foot in this store. I know I will.

Overall, I would return as it is better than traveling an hour to the REI store by bike.

Add in local ownership (they also have a store downtown on Broad). Season with a dash of outdoor/adventure expertise - as someone else mentioned, the staff can help with local trail-specific footwear, and the activity log in back is pretty cool. Top with regular seasonal sales and you've got a winner - go by now for new spring items and to see the last deals on winter
