I understand how appointments work but I also know that there are exceptions and when someone has had an accident and is in pain you could at least offer to put them on a cancellation list or speak to the doctor. The front desk is the first impression of any business and referrals are the greatest compliment. This receptionist left much to be desired, and because of her you lost a potential life long patient. Dr. Pluhar, I hear great things about your work and I'm sure you would have helped me if you were aware of the situation at hand. Called, left message in early Jan, 2047 to let them know what their issues were and to NOT charge it on my 2017 Flexplan card and just received a phone call that they did. In the first session the doctor was able to relieve pain of my neck/sholder and find a rotation in my hips that my doctor for 10 years hadn't found before.
