    DEWS DOES NOT! In an effort to support a local business and thinking I would get better service…read morethan a big box store, I bought a gas cooktop from them. They also charged me $75 for delivery. They brought it in and stuck it in the hole on the counter and that was it. I get that they don't connect gas but they wouldn't even put the parts on the bottom that come with it for the gas to be connected to it. Now, I'm paying a handyman to do that for me. What a joke. I made three, 4 hour trips to NMB after being advised that all was good for delivery. Three times, on the morning of delivery, I was informed that my dryer was back ordered. I finally cancelled the whole transaction. As renters were coming soon, I went to Dew's in a panic. Thank goodness! The employees of Dew's were so helpful. I was directed to the size that would work in the condo and within a few minutes walked out with a smile. Delivery was guaranteed for a specific day and actually came and was installed that day. The installers were professional, as were all of the folks at Dew's. I will never deal with another big box store . Save yourself some stress and grow to Dew's first. Elizabeth W.

Today, March 5, 2026, I had a second company come take a look, and they immediately pointed out that the rollers installed Fischer Appliance were used. I paid for a full replacement and was given old parts installed by the sketch owner, complete garbage! Do not trust this business. If you hire him, you'll just end up feeling scammed and disappointed. Save your money and go with an honest company. The reason I didn't bring Fletcher out because he was trying to charge me again doesn't stand behind their work! total thieves run this guy and his son that run this company. Hopefully they get shut down soon. In my other message you put the wrong date I verified it was September not November. This is the message I got from this guy after getting ripped off from him! Claimed he put a pack of rollers in there now all of a sudden it's something different. Paid $200 get "used rollers" put in and then refused to come out without charging a $80 fee to come fix his garbage work! Instead of taking care of the problem, I got a nasty text complete thief he showed me a package of rollers and installed them. I didn't realize they were used garbage rip off thief! Now all of a sudden, he's claiming he did something else. These people must have drug issues or something. What a joke.

Your son, Brad, was the technician assigned to our claim. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely concerning. Brad was disrespectful and unprofessional toward both my husband and me. He refused to address the issue with the dishwasher, specifically stating that unclogging the hose was not his responsibility and telling my husband it was a "you problem." He repeatedly addressed my husband as "bud" and spoke to me in a similarly dismissive manner, referring to me as "lady." He ultimately instructed us to "take it up with Lowe's," showed no interest in resolving the issue, and ended the call by hanging up on me. For clarity, the entire interaction was recorded on our home security system, and portions were also recorded on my son's phone. Brad was made aware of this and indicated he did not care. I believe it would be appropriate to review this incident with your son and ensure that customers are treated with professionalism and respect.
