We went home to discuss things a little more and called the store. We spoke to Jim, read off some model numbers and we were done! Here's the best part, we supported a local business that has their own delivery people. Hajji & Irving took such good care. They were very knowledgeable of the products, and offered great service. When we called for repair they came out the same day to diagnose the problem. In 2 of our problems they fixed the issue that day, in the 3rd issue they ordered a required part for overnight delivery and came back the next day to solve the problem. We found their technicians to be highly trained and efficient but they were also very professional and customer oriented (Ray and Ty). I have no problem in recommending Coastal Appliance for your appliance repair.

They brought it in and stuck it in the hole on the counter and that was it. I get that they don't connect gas but they wouldn't even put the parts on the bottom that come with it for the gas to be connected to it. Now, I'm paying a handyman to do that for me. What a joke. I finally cancelled the whole transaction. As renters were coming soon, I went to Dew's in a panic. Thank goodness! The employees of Dew's were so helpful. I was directed to the size that would work in the condo and within a few minutes walked out with a smile. Delivery was guaranteed for a specific day and actually came and was installed that day. Ashley, which is a sweet heart, called me to tell me repair cost and we decided to go with a new fridge. I asked her could they bring one today and she said of course. She sent me some pictures of one and I approved and they were back at my house within 2 hours. Mind you this is all on a Friday afternoon. Exceptional service! Highly recommend! Support Small Town! Tanisha sent me pictures of washers they had on the floor with year made & prices, Alex came the next day to diagnose machine, ordered parts needed and when he came back to fix realized it still was not working and what it needed was not worth it , he didn't charge me for the parts he ordered, and said he had just picked up a machine he had on his truck, he gave me a GREAT price and said if anything went wrong with it he would find me one in his store , make sure it was perfect and swap it out and I would only pay the difference in price. I'm glad I took a chance on the one he had with him , he took my old one away got the "new" one in and I have been doing laundry since , I AM SO HAPPY ! Parts! I hired Fischer Appliance Repair back in mid…read moreSeptember 2025 because my dryer needed new rollers. The technician "owner" came out and told me he had fully replaced them. Today, March 5, 2026, I had a second company come take a look, and they immediately pointed out that the rollers installed Fischer Appliance were used. I paid for a full replacement and was given old parts installed by the sketch owner, complete garbage! Do not trust this business. If you hire him, you'll just end up feeling scammed and disappointed. Save your money and go with an honest company. The reason I didn't bring Fletcher out because he was trying to charge me again doesn't stand behind their work! total thieves run this guy and his son that run this company. Hopefully they get shut down soon. In my other message you put the wrong date I verified it was September not November. This is the message I got from this guy after getting ripped off from him! Claimed he put a pack of rollers in there now all of a sudden it's something different. Paid $200 get "used rollers" put in and then refused to come out without charging a $80 fee to come fix his garbage work! Instead of taking care of the problem, I got a nasty text complete thief he showed me a package of rollers and installed them. I didn't realize they were used garbage rip off thief! Your son, Brad, was the technician assigned to our claim. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely concerning. Brad was disrespectful and unprofessional toward both my husband and me. He refused to address the issue with the dishwasher, specifically stating that unclogging the hose was not his responsibility and telling my husband it was a "you problem." He repeatedly addressed my husband as "bud" and spoke to me in a similarly dismissive manner, referring to me as "lady." He ultimately instructed us to "take it up with Lowe's," showed no interest in resolving the issue, and ended the call by hanging up on me. For clarity, the entire interaction was recorded on our home security system, and portions were also recorded on my son's phone. Brad was made aware of this and indicated he did not care. I believe it would be appropriate to review this incident with your son and ensure that customers are treated with professionalism and respect.
