This is a shame that a profitable business like this is robbing the people. I never use this location to do business ever again. Shame on Barr Management.

I will not fault the first intial visit when the seller signed the wrong spot on the title. It is when I returned that all hell broke loose. 24 hour service at 9pm I thought would be good. Yet these three girls didn't seem to know that they were doing. There is a long line and it takes 2 of then to process one title? They had a confused uncertain look in their eyes. Kept speaking to each other in Spanish and whispering. Yet I can understand Spanish and didn't let on. The one girl had to keep asking the other what to do. However, when I ask them what is the problem and why it is taking so long. They snapped at me laughing saying this is what they do all day and they know what they're doing. After almost 20 minutes pass they tell me that the secretary of state website is down and I must return another time. I tell them that doesn't make sense and maybe they need to refresh and start over; since this is what happens when you take to long to fill in online applications. They argued, with me..(the customer) then finally refreshed it. Lo and behold it worked! So they are finally finishing off the 1/2 hour process and get stuck again with printing off my paperwork. They say something wrong with the printer. By this time there is a long line all along the wall. People are complaining. Not once did they apologize for the inconvenience. Not once did they accept responsibility. The other girls never thought to open up another window to assist the waiting customers. Well, not until I suggested. Duh! 15 more minutes go by. Then they still can't figure out why the printer is off. I had to tell them to check the settings. They looked at me like I'm crazy. I also had to let them know I understood them talking about me in Spanish; about me not leaving to come back another day. Finally I suggested since they can't figure out how to adjust the settings, then maybe they should try another computer. Wa La! It worked. This 45 minute long process. No customer service skills. They argued with another lady who was upset for the long wait. So unprofessional. Just go to another place and save the aggravation.

As she was getting ready to count my western union money I said, "please mix the cash," **note I speak with please/thank you. When I said that she didn't acknowledge that she heard me, so as she began to count my money I said, "did you hear me ask to mix it," and she with an attitude yelled, "yea that's what I'm about to do, I heard you." So this lead me to say, "ok you didn't respond when I asked you." After that she said, "see I'm tired of these Harvey people and these damn attitudes, I'm sick of this damn job." So I said excuse me, "first of all I don't live in Harvey and second you're very unprofessional and ignorant." This woman had the audacity to say, "good you don't like it call the customer service number right there, I don't have to deal with this shit" and pointed to their number. After that I said "it's over give me my money," and she went on & on and then threw YES THREW the money down on the counter and told another employee to count my money (and to give it to me). And seriously this employee picked the money up and counted it. How rude to the both of us. So when I left I thought it's not 'Harvey people," it's her. The nerve of her to act like a low class uneducated individual and yet down Harvey as if she's above someone or the town. Her ignorance wasn't even worth my time I told her because it's obvious she had personal issues and lives in her own world of stupidity. She obviously doesn't know wrong from right....customer first.
