Also, I stopped coloring during Covid (she used to do my color) and went fully natural (with lots of silver and grey), and she is super supportive about this and never pressures me to color. When she did do my color, usually highlights and often lowlights, it always turned out beautifully. She's professional, patient, a good listener, non-judgmental, and very careful. She's also just a kind and uplifting person in general. Her salon space is very relaxing and you are the only client. Finally, she never pressures clients to buy products but she's happy to make recommendations when asked. Tiff is great!

I have fine hair and in the past it has been difficult to find someone who will listen to how I would like my hair done without the person telling me how I should have my hair done. Laurie listened to me and performed her magic. She also mentioned using a spray in conditioner versus a heavy conditioner applied in the shower.
