Instead, she ignored everything I said, grabbed thinning shears, and cut off far more than I asked. Now my hair is uneven, filled with split ends, and much shorter than I wanted. Minor downsides: parking is hard to find, not open on Sunday, doesn't accept credit cards, and only one worker so sometimes the wait time can be long.
